Halogenerator Salt User Instructions
- SanasalRx comes in sealed 30g packages
- Simply use it like regular halogenerator salt.
- Based on 3-10 mg/m³ concentration, 15-30g salt is used in an average session. (Large rooms use more)
- One 30g bag is enough for 1-2 or more sessions, depending on the size of the room and the halogenerator. 5 or more sessions in salt booths.
- It can be mixed with regular dry pharma salt if desired.
- Make sure that the humidity level is set as low as you would have it when using regular salt.
- It is not necessary to heat the SanasalRx salt blend.
- Dispense it directly into the halogenerator’s feeder from the package.
- When using it with either heated or non-heated regular salt, we recommend putting SanasalRX into the feeder first and adding the regular pharmaceutical salt on top.
- Works with all halogenerators.
- If you are not using the entire content of the package, be sure to store the remainder in a well-sealed bag. Do not leave the packet open for an extended period.
- As a precaution, always ask your clients if they are allergic to any of the ingredients, just as you would when using conventional salt.
- We don’t suggest using SanasalRX when the client is younger than 5 years old. Just to be on the safe side because of the mint content.
- Many of our customers offer SanasalRx to their clients as an option to upgrade regular salt therapy.
- Virtually non-expiring.
- Not recommended for pets and horses.
Sanasal can be used by itself or can be added to regular pharma salt. Using large generators that tend to waste salt the best practice is to put sanasal into the feeder first and add the regular salt on the top. Heating sanasal is not necessary and is not recommended. Many of our customers use the Sanasal without mixing it In halogenerators that are highly efficient, like the HaloFX . In generators that use compressed air like the HaloGX , just add a small amount of Sanasal or mix it with regular pharma salt before adding it to the machine.
Sanasal has a high concentration of infused USP mint. The mixing ratio depends on the size of your room or cabin and your preferences.
